My adult parkour class is designed to help you break barriers physically, mentally and emotionally. We will explore overcoming obstacles through movements such as running, jumping, vaulting and climbing. 

I bring a unique approach to my classes including fun challenges, creativity and flow. The session is adaptable to all levels, so everyone is welcome!

Parkour will improve your:

  • functional strength

  • endurance

  • agility

  • balance

  • coordination

  • spacial awareness

The mental aspect of Parkour can be taken into other areas of your life such as :
